ABM is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to support multiple client sites through 100% travel. This role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operations across diverse environments.

: $36.50 hourly rate | Weekly pay
Shift:
Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm
Location
: Covering San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County

- Responsibilities:: • Travel 100% between assigned buildings to perform maintenance and repairs
- • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- • Respond to emergency service calls and on-call requests
- • Complete inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safe building operations
- • Document all work orders and PMs using CMMS
- • Coordinate with vendors and communicate with site contacts
- • Follow ABM safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Qualifications:: • Experience as a Mobile Building Engineer, Building Engineer, or Maintenance Technician
- • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and building systems
- • Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 100%
- • Strong time management and customer service skills
- • EPA 608 and OSHA certifications preferred
