What you'll do

• As the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Pindrop, you’ll play a crucial role at the nexus of Marketing, Product, and Sales, with substantial impact potential on company growth. Your core results will include:
• Leading product positioning, launch processes, and customer insight programs for AI-driven security and authentication solutions.
• Defining and executing go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Translating complex technology (including AI models, machine learning, and deepfake detection) into compelling messaging and proof points that resonate with technical and business audiences.
• Developing impactful content and sales enablement materials tailored for technical buyers, business leaders, and diverse customer segments.
• Documenting customer buying journeys, personas, and our competitive landscape.
• Acting as the primary thought leader for AI-centric products externally, through industry presentations, analyst briefings, and written media.
• Driving competitive and market intelligence; understanding buyer personas, customer journeys, and security market trends.
• Managing product marketing plans, budgets, and program KPIs to inform strategic decisions and future investment.
• Supporting and training sales channels on highly complex, AI-enabled product solutions and value delivery.
• Owning launches of innovative new products and features, particularly those leveraging AI for authentication, fraud detection, and voice biometrics.
• Leading development of customer success stories and case studies that showcase AI impact.
• Mentoring and growing a team of product marketing professionals passionate about driving security innovation.

You understand each function’s priorities, translate between technical, commercial, and marketing perspectives, and bring teams together to drive alignment and results.

• Must-haves
• 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a market-facing role. Experience translating technical concepts (especially AI or machine learning) for varied audiences is required.
• Direct experience marketing security, authentication, AI/ML, or cloud contact center solutions, including go-to-market strategy and product launches.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, with exposure to AI trends, data protection, Zero Trust approaches, and domain expertise in areas such as SIEM, EDR, or voice biometrics.
• Advanced proficiency with collaboration, CRM, and automation tools (Slack, Salesforce, Marketo, DemandBase, Google Analytics).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable presenting technical ideas and outcomes to external audiences.
• Nice-to-haves
• 10+ years overall experience in product marketing, cybersecurity, or high-tech SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing marketing strategies for AI-powered products.
• Experience leading a product marketing team, with demonstrated mentorship and talent development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or technical master’s) preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud security, data privacy regulations, and emerging security technologies.

As part of our interview process, you’ll prepare and deliver a presentation to members of Pindrop’s Executive Leadership Team. Please note that the base pay range is a general guideline only. Pindrop considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills, as well as market and business considerations, when extending an offer. This position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of an annual discretionary bonus.

US Base Pay Range

$225,000 — $270,000 USD
