Job Summary

In this position, you are responsible for processing all invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.  As well as providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. This is a senior level role.

This role requires onsite attendance in our Carlsbad office Monday-Friday for the first 3 months and will evolve to a hybrid schedule over the following 3-6 months.

Position Responsibilities

Completes payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Reconcile company level credit card accounts to the general ledger.

Receives, verifies, properly codes, and initiates payment of cross company expense reports.

Preparing analyses of income statement accounts.

Continuing to improve the accounts payable process.

Enter journal entries into account software.

Process electronic payments to vendors.

Responds to vendor inquiries and assists with the research of any discrepancies in billings and payments.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3-5 years Accounts Payable or Accounting experience
• Proficient experience utilizing Microsoft Office and/or digital CRM software
• Willing to work onsite in our Carlsbad office

• The starting hourly pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.
• ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

National Pay Range

$24.50 — $30.63 USD
