Accounting Manager

**This is a remote position but candidates are expected to report into our Rosemont, IL HQ during onboarding (3 Months) and would require 25% domestic travel** Position Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction, team development, and process leadership for a large complex growing business while assisting the Assistant Corporate Controller in designing an effective and efficient Finance organization Lead change management process for accounting team and be a key developer of talent for the organization Manage the monthly close

process, including preparation of financial statements, reconciliation of GL accounts, etc. Lead business initiatives and strategies, including system rollouts, integration of new acquisitions, process improvements and the external audit process Manage the governance over key systems in VIP, including fixed assets, treasury, leases, and other general ledger systems Develop financial reporting tools in Power Bi or other data reporting tools Travel up to 25% required Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's
