Senior Director, Client Services B2B

The Role

As Senior Director, Client Strategy, B2B, you lead client strategy and senior relationship management across a portfolio of complex enterprise B2B accounts. You translate client business objectives into integrated marketing strategies and guide account teams in connecting media and campaign performance to demand generation, pipeline, and revenue goals.

You own day-to-day account leadership, client satisfaction, delivery against scope, and identification of growth opportunities. You work closely with channel, analytics, creative, and delivery leaders to keep teams aligned around client priorities. You partner with the Head of B2B Client Delivery on significant account risks, escalations, staffing needs, and commercial decisions.

You bring strong B2B marketing expertise, executive presence, financial acumen, and the ability to develop high-performing client strategy teams.

You Will Be: Lead Strategic Client Relationships

• Serve as the strategic partner to marketing, sales, and RevOps stakeholders.
• Lead executive client engagements, including annual planning, QBRs, strategic workshops, and high-stakes presentations.
• Own day-to-day account health, client satisfaction, delivery against scope, and escalation of material risks.
• Drive Integrated B2B Marketing Strategy
• Translate business objectives into integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned to demand generation, target accounts, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Guide account teams in coordinating channel strategies while channel specialists remain accountable for their channel plans and execution.
• Develop test-and-learn roadmaps and use performance insights to shape client recommendations.
• Connect Marketing Performance to Business Outcomes
• Partner with analytics and measurement teams to connect marketing activity to lead quality, pipeline, opportunities, and revenue where data supports it.
• Improve client communication, strategic planning, and business storytelling across the portfolio.
• Drive Account Growth and Financial Performance
• Identify account expansion opportunities and drive those opportunities to close.
• Support strong financial and operational management across assigned accounts.
• Lead and Develop the Client Strategy Team
• Manage, mentor, and develop Client Strategy team members.
• You Must Have: B2B Marketing and Client Leadership
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, media strategy, integrated marketing, or client leadership, ideally within an agency environment.
• Proven experience leading complex B2B client relationships and developing integrated marketing strategies tied to business and revenue objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level client conversations, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate complex client relationships.
• B2B Demand Generation and Media Strategy
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, audience targeting, and the B2B customer journey.
• Strong understanding of integrated media strategy across paid channels and the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward shared business objectives.
• Experience connecting marketing performance to business outcomes, including lead quality, pipeline contribution, opportunity creation, customer acquisition, or revenue growth.
• Measurement and Business Impact
• Experience partnering with analytics and measurement teams to evaluate marketing effectiveness and communicate performance in terms of business impact.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex marketing strategies and performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Financial Management and Account Growth
• Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting, revenue management, account growth, and profitability oversight.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships, expand account scope, and drive incremental revenue.
• Team Leadership and Organizational Management
• 4+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational leadership skills, with experience balancing strategic direction, client management, and operational execution.
• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Nice to Have: Experience supporting enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, or other complex B2B organizations.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms and B2B marketing technologies, such as 6sense, Demandbase, or comparable solutions.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and collaborating with RevOps teams.
• Understanding of B2B measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution, pipeline reporting, and revenue attribution.
• Experience developing integrated strategies across paid media, content, creative, and other demand generation channels.
• Experience supporting new business pitches, strategic proposals, and commercial planning.
• Familiarity with long B2B sales cycles, buying committees, and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

• The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $136,000 - $155,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits and an annual performance bonus.

This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
