Office Support

Mullen Industrial Handling Corporation is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Support professional to assist with daily administrative tasks. This role supports various departments by handling data entry, filing, answering phone calls, and coordinating office activities to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, maintaining records, ordering, and supporting customer inquiries. Individual will support Sales Team by preparing quotes, placing orders and communicating with vendors and manufacturers. The ideal candidate must be proactive, efficient, and able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous office or administrative experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
