Hey there!
We’re
Fever
, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment.
Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment.
Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.
Our results? We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors! Impressive, right?
To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!
Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
Behind the user-friendly iOS and Android apps and webpage that work across the world is the engineering team. We are in charge of creating, developing, improving, and maintaining all Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience.
The opportunity
Madrid we will only consider candidates already based in Madrid or open to relocation.
Fever is growing through acquisition as well as organically - we expect to bring more companies into the Fever family over the next few years. Each one arrives with its own product, its own codebase, and its own way of doing things. This role exists to make sure that growth actually compounds instead of creating fragmentation: someone who can walk into an acquired company's stack, understand what's genuinely differentiated versus redundant, and drive the decisions that turn "two products" into "one better product."
Fever already operates at global scale, and acquisitions are how we grow even faster. Every company that joins makes the whole group stronger: together, we’re far more than the sum of our parts.
Every company that joins brings talented teams, strong products and deep expertise in its market. The opportunity is to connect them on one Fever platform, so that what one company builds can power all the others, and every new company gets the scale of Fever from its first day with us.
That’s what this role is about. You’ll shape how the Fever group scales as a platform: the vision and architecture for the capabilities our companies share, the playbook that helps every new company get up and running with Fever, and the hands-on work of making each integration a success. You’ll work across products, markets and teams spanning the whole group, close to the leadership decisions that shape where Fever goes next.
It’s a senior individual contributor role.
Define the product vision and strategy for the Fever group platform: decide which capabilities (payments, invoicing, seating maps, access control, box office, point of sale and more) should become shared group services, and work with engineering to productize them so any group company can integrate.
Own the integration playbook: the standard, prioritized path every acquired company follows to run on Fever’s shared services.
Assess each acquisition feature by feature, produce a keep / kill / merge plan, and shape integration decisions with engineering leads on APIs, data models and migration.
Run partner and customer migrations end to end, coordinating BD, account management, operations and support.
Be the bridge between acquired teams and Fever’s product and engineering org in the first 6–12 months, and report integration progress to leadership.
Basic skills and qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar, 5+ years in product management (ideally platform or technical products), and professional English.
Deep technical fluency: comfortable with architecture, APIs and data models, and with trade-offs like consolidation, migration and build vs. reuse.
Proven experience building a shared-services strategy and leading post-M&A or platform integration, including keep / kill / merge calls.
Strong program management in ambiguous, cross-team settings with legacy systems.
Clear communicator and analytical thinker, with high ownership and urgency.
Preferred skills and qualifications
PM experience in a company that grew through acquisitions, ideally including M&A due diligence.
Domain knowledge in ticketing, live entertainment or commerce (payments, access control, box office, seating).
Prior hands-on experience as a backend or platform engineer.
Track record of earning trust with acquired teams and managing change.
Experience defining integration metrics and mentoring other PMs.
