P&G is seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand & Digital Director to lead our marketing efforts for the Sam’s Club customer team . This pivotal role prioritizes performance marketing and digital acceleration  as key drivers for sustainable growth, with a significant portion of business transacted digitally.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional marketing and digital leader with a passion for transforming consumer insights into digital engagement, driving aggressive growth in a dynamic retail environment, and possessing deep expertise across digital acceleration, performance marketing, and capability building . The candidate will a lso have a strong understanding of shopper behavior , shopper marketing activations, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage customer team dynamics.

You will be responsible for defining and executing digital-first marketing strategies that accelerate u ser growth across P&G categories and deliver superior value for our consumers at Sam's Club. This will include combining a portfolio of P&G brand strategies to win consumers with advanced digital and retail media capabilities, leveraging analytics and performance marketing principles to optimize our go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Acceleration & Performance Marketing Leadership: Own and drive digital growth strategy and execution  across all relevant platforms, ensuring market-leading category growth within digital channels.
• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies  to improve item conversion, increase traffic, and optimize online purchasing . This includes designing both offsite and onsite traffic strategies and plans, identifying retail search and digital content needs, and creating online merchandising strategies with continuous optimization .
• Lead the integration and activation of digital media  within Sam's Club's ecosystem, leveraging member insights and utilizing both P&G and Sam's media capabilities across Fabric, Home, and Family categories.
• Leverage analytics and consumer insights to uncover actionable shopper motivations and barriers, translating these into effective digital marketing programs.
• Define, align, and champion the digital vision  for P&G at Sam's Club, collaborating with P&G and Sam's leadership to shape future digital activation strategies.
• Utilize A/B testing, structured experimentation, and continuous optimization frameworks  to refine campaign effectiveness, ad copy, creative assets, and landing page experiences on retailer platform .
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)  such as page views, conversion rates, incremental return on ad spend ( i ROAS ) and overall incrementality to drive continuous improvement and optimize media investments and online content .
• Digital Capability Building & Team Development: Identify key digital capability gaps  within the Sam's Club commercial organization and proactively develop supporting systems, training, and upskilling plans to fuel sustained digital growth across the team.
• Test and learn new platforms, technologies, and retailer capabilities , evaluating their potential to scale and recommending successful initiatives across the business.
• Elevate the team's digital skills  through training and skill development related to new capabilities, establishing best practices, and scaling successes.
• Customer Team & Shopper Marketin g : Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies and activations  specific to Sam's Club, spanning both digital and in-store touchpoints to drive member engagement and sales.
• Partner across the P&G Sam's Club Commercial organization and Sam’s Club team  to deliver digital sales growth through identifying category-specific digital growth models and implementing plans to improve overall business performance.
• Connect P&G Brands with Members  by leveraging the P&G Household Needs portfolio to create omni-channel moments that resonate and align with Sam's Club's strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with S ales Directors to sell-in marketing programs to brands and categories to secure superior retail execution.
• Job Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• 8+ years of digital marketing experience , with a focus on performance marketing and digital acceleration within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, preferably with experience in a club or mass retail environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital commerce fundamentals , marketing technology (AI, algorithms, off-the-shelf platforms), search strategy, content superiority, and overall digital ecosystem management.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results  and driving market share growth through effective, data-driven digital strategies and commercial acumen.
• Superior Retail Execution:  Deep understanding of retail and retailer dynamics, effective engagement across retailers and brands, and a focus on category growth.
• Superior Brand Communication:  Experience in media planning, media data analytics, and performance marketing.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities  to influence diverse stakeholders, translate complex data and digital performance metrics into clear plans, and drive organizational change.
• Exceptional learning agility , embracing an "at retail" speed entrepreneurial spirit and proactively seeking knowledge to expand impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  to influence diverse stakeholders internally and externally, including senior retail partners.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $144,000 – $190,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
