Objective of the role :

To own and manage relationships with a large territory of longtail Tier 3 accounts as a full sales cycle seller. To drive sales/upsell/cross-sell in a comprehensive selling motion, across all Visa products and solutions, which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints.

The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will be responsible for the following duties:

Build and manage a healthy pipeline of cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities within an assigned portfolio. Prioritize high-impact opportunities and execute a disciplined sales process.

Consistently achieve or exceed sales, revenue, and pipeline objectives.

Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers and identify opportunities to align Visa capabilities with client business objectives.

Apply knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Manage current accounts, identifies new account opportunities, maintains account plans, creates presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.

Forecast sales and have knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.

Participate in client communications, develop and deliver client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.

Maintain industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.

Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics. Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.

This position will work onsite 4 days/week from our Atlanta, GA office.


Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
• Experience in a full-cycle sales role or related field with a focus on direct client sales.
• Experience in using digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in managing account plans and creating presentation materials for client organizations.
• Experience in client communications and delivering presentations via digital channels.
• Experience in maintaining industry trend knowledge relevant to digital sales.
• Experience in collaborating with sales teams to develop business strategies.
• Experience in participating in ongoing sales trainings.
• Experience in forecasting sales and understanding sales cycles.
• Experience in maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
• Experience in communicating basic concepts and exchanging account information clearly and concisely.
• Experience in a sales role or related field with a focus on direct client sales.
• Experience in using digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in maintaining knowledge of the payments industry.
• Experience in collaborating with teams to develop new business strategies and tactics.

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $106,600.00 to $ 165,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
