Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management

Engage in direct client interaction to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.

Acquire and manage tenders for monopoles & utility poles.

Ensure timely deal closure and oversee the process from RFQ to dispatch and invoicing.

Marketing & Strategy

Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote business and increase brand awareness.

Develop action plans to boost order bookings and drive promotional campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify target groups for turnkey projects.

Channel & Vendor Management

Identify, appoint, and manage vendors and distributors across west Region.

Handle depot and distributor operations to ensure smooth supply chain and service delivery.

Sustain and strengthen distributor relationships, ensuring accountability and performance.

Planning & Forecasting

Prepare business forecasts and action plans in coordination with the National Manager.

Monitor actual performance against budgets and targets, and take corrective actions as needed.

Compliance & Risk Management

Conduct SWOT analysis to assess risks and ensure compliance with company policies.

Monitor in-and-out payments and ensure financial discipline.

Product & Stakeholder Engagement

Obtain product approvals from private and government departments, including consultants.

Maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, municipalities, utilities, and contractors.

Team Collaboration & Learning

Leverage cross-functional synergies to enhance team performance and innovation.

Promote continuous learning and development within the team and among channel partners.

** Education Qualification: MBA in Sales / Marketing

** Experience: 8 to 12 yrs
