- Build dashboards and weekly/monthly leadership reports on readiness, resource usage, deployment timelines, and cost trends.
- Track KPIs across training, test, and deployment events to flag risks and inefficiencies.
- Partner with Finance to track operational spend, burn rate, and T&E usage, and use historical cost data to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Track contract milestones, CLIN deliverables, and invoicing alignment with Programs.
- Keep mission activities and customer engagements accurately logged and reported in Salesforce.

- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BI tools and ERP systems
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (reports, dashboards, workflows)
- Background in defense, aerospace, maritime technology, or DoD-adjacent environments
- Familiarity with logistics planning, operational readiness cycles, or field operations
