Join Our Team as a Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant!

Are you a patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a supportive, team-oriented practice? We are seeking an energetic and compassionate RDA who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and creating positive dental experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for an assistant who enjoys working closely with providers, building relationships with patients, and contributing to a collaborative office culture.

Schedule (days/hours)

Wednesday 8am-4pm 1 Friday a month 8am-3pm

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our doctors and ensuring an outstanding patient experience by:
• Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all instruments and supplies are ready for patient care
• Taking and processing dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Following infection control and sterilization protocols
• Supporting a positive, welcoming, and efficient office environment

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
