Prepare analytical inputs, run established capacity and scenario models, perform initial quality reviews, and develop decision-support materials for significant market, building, and portfolio-planning questions
Support portfolio planning and real estate scenario modeling for senior leadership, including major building exits, market restacks, alternative attendance assumptions, workforce changes, space conversions, consolidations, and cross-market strategic-planning questions
Analyze capacity findings to identify material assumptions, sensitivities, limitations, space-profile considerations, implementation constraints, and potential decision implications
Create clear executive-level presentations, data visualizations, market summaries, and planning materials that translate complex capacity and portfolio information into actionable business insights
Partner with Regional Planning teams to explain capacity findings, evaluate identified portfolio optimization and real estate strategy opportunities, and apply enterprise planning standards to market strategies and recommendations
Partner with Occupancy Planning and Space Planning teams to evaluate detailed workplace and physical-space considerations, including seat types, workplace profiles, adjacencies, specialty-space needs, renovations, utilization, and physical feasibility
Create and maintain practical planning guidance, examples, templates, process documentation, and training materials that help planning teams consistently apply enterprise capacity-planning methods
Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Relationship Management, Lines of Business, Technology, data owners, and Corporate Properties Group partners to obtain, reconcile, and interpret workforce, financial, real estate, and portfolio-planning inputs
Contribute to real estate capacity planning, portfolio planning, and workplace-planning improvements, including standardized reporting, data-quality enhancements, analytical automation, planning-product requirements, and future AI enabled decision support
