From LV Collective's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
Are you the kind of leaser who walks onto a property and knows it’s going to be a double-digit day? Do you love closing deals just as much as you love teaching someone else how to close them? Can you turn a good leasing team into a great one, and leave every property better than you found it?
If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.
We’re looking for a National Sales Specialist who knows how to drive results, build confidence, and bring out the best in every team they work with. You’ll travel across the LV portfolio, jump into the action, and make an immediate impact on leasing performance. But your biggest win won’t just be the leases you sign. It’ll be the stronger, more confident teams you leave behind.
The National Sales Specialist is a portfolio-level leasing and marketing support role responsible for elevating leasing performance, strengthening sales execution, and ensuring consistent adoption of LV’s sales, brand, and customer experience standards across all communities.
Serving as an extension of the LV Collective Management Leasing team, this role works closely with New Development & Operational Leasing Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize conversion, enhance training, and create a consistent hospitality-forward leasing journey across the LV portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be:
A natural coach with a warm, professional presence who uplifts teams and communicates with clarity.
Energetic, strategic, adaptable, and motivated by goals, thriving in a fast-paced, travel-heavy environment.
A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and removes roadblocks with ease.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, maintaining strong follow-through on reporting, brand standards, and onsite support.
Data-minded and brand-focused, with the ability to turn insights into action while ensuring the LV experience is consistently delivered.
A trusted representative of Leasing Leadership in every market who keeps the portfolio consistent.
