 Job Description

Territory:

Heavy focus on Cleveland and Columbus, OH

Territory Manager- Women’s Health

To represent BD Peripheral Intervention in the Women’s Health setting and take necessary action to attain sales objectives.

Sell the entire Women’s Health Biopsy portfolio to current and new accounts.

Expert in Clinical Competence and Knowledge surrounding the Women’s Health Industry

Conduct successful product evaluations to increase BD’s market share

Informs customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies.

Delivers comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals.

Conduct business reviews quarterly with department managers, purchasing and procurement

Collaborate with Territory Manager to drive impact through relationships

Develops thorough knowledge of all products and clinical data.

Informs District Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.

Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree required.  Medical device sales experience preferred.

2 or more years of proven success in Sales is required, preferably within the Women’s Health Industry

Additional Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

• Product knowledge and all features and benefits of BD Women’s Health products preferred
• Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits
• Medical and surgical terminology
• Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling
