Agility’s commercially deployed humanoids operate alongside teams in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers—tackling physically demanding and repetitive tasks while enabling workers to focus on higher-value work. With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential.
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Test Equipment Technician to maintain, repair, calibrate, and improve the test stations and equipment that support our manufacturing operations.
This role is ideal for a technically curious, mechanically inclined problem solver who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and keeping equipment operating at a high level of reliability. You will play a critical role in ensuring that manufacturing test equipment remains functional, calibrated, organized, and ready to support production.
In addition to hands-on maintenance and repair, you will help bring structure to equipment documentation, spare parts, inventory, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and maintenance processes. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Production, and Quality to minimize equipment downtime and continuously improve the reliability and maintainability of our test infrastructure.
Perform equipment calibration in accordance with established procedures, schedules, and quality requirements. Setup outside calibration for production test equipment.
Document equipment failures, repairs, maintenance activities, and calibration results accurately and consistently
Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements to increase reliability and reduce downtime
Daily triage manufacturing test issues, resolve, and get test engineering support to help resolve and keep robot manufacturing test cells up.
Bonus Points
This is an opportunity to play a critical, hands-on role in keeping manufacturing test infrastructure running.
