Part Time Nanny / Household Assistant – Arcadia, CA
A family in Arcadia, CA 91006 is seeking an engaging, reliable, and organized part-time nanny and household assistant for two children in Arcadia, CA. The position is needed every other week (opposite weeks of co-parenting schedule) to assist with after-school routines, engaging activities, and managing household tasks.
Schedule:
Days: Monday – Friday (every other week)
Hours: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (10 hours per active week, with potential to extend hours as needed)
Family Environment:
- Smoke-free home
- Has four dogs in the household
- Values creative, educational, and active engagement with children
- Household interests include STEM activities, crafts, games, reading, sports, and pets
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive after-school care and oversight for two children
- Assist with home management and light household tidying
- Manage child-related light housekeeping and children's laundry
- Facilitate engaging educational and STEM activities, arts & crafts, reading, and games
- Assist with transportation needs using personal vehicle
Requirements:
- Proven childcare experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to drive children for activities/routines (gas stipend/reimbursement provided)
Compensation
Compensation:
$26-$28 per hour
(commensurate with experience)
