One Pass is seeing an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving growth, awareness, and engagement for One Pass across both consumer and business audiences. This individual will support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen the One Pass brand, generate demand, and equip clients with compelling marketing tools that drive enrollment and utilization.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketer with 4-6 years of experience spanning B2B2C marketing, brand management, lead generation, and client-facing marketing support. They are highly organized, data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Marketing & Lead Generation
• Support demand generation programs targeted toward health plans, employers, brokers, and other strategic audiences.
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels.
• Partner with growth team to create marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth.
• Measure marketing performance and report on key lead generation metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
• Client Marketing & Collateral Development
• Develop client-specific marketing materials that support member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Customize campaign assets to align with client brands, audiences, and market needs.
• Manage production and distribution of marketing toolkits, communication materials, and enrollment resources.
• Collaborate with growth and account management teams to support key client initiatives and launches.
• Ensure all materials meet brand, compliance, and quality standards.
• Brand & Consumer Marketing
• Support development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and engagement for One Pass.
• Manage brand initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing assets and campaigns.
• Help evolve brand positioning and value propositions based on market trends, customer insights, and business priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Market Insights & Performance Optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform marketing strategies.
• Leverage data and insights to improve audience targeting, messaging, and marketing effectiveness.
• Track key performance indicators and communicate results to stakeholders.

Most importantly, you're passionate about creating meaningful marketing experiences that help more people discover and engage with One Pass while delivering value for our clients, partners, and members.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

4-6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, demand generation, or related disciplines.

Experience supporting B2B marketing and lead generation initiatives.

Experience developing and executing B2

B2

C marketing campaigns.

Experience creating marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and client-facing communications.

Experience partnering across cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and business results.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, benefits, or consumer subscription businesses.
• Knowledge of employer-sponsored benefits, health plans, or member engagement strategies.
• Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, content marketing, and campaign analytics.
• Work Location & Eligibility
• One Pass Solutions, Inc. offers a flexible work environment. We operate as a hybrid company in the Minnesota–St. Paul Twin Cities area, where team members are expected to work in-office three days per week. We also support remote work across a number of U.S. states.
