In recent years, Double Good has seen 40% year over year growth, and we’re excited about our future! We’re excited about the possibility of you joining our mission. We are looking for a Fundraising Advisor, Cheer and Dance to join our growing Growth team.
Location - This position operates on a hybrid model based in our downtown Chicago office and requires heavy event travel
Grow Double Good's presence in the cheer and dance community by finding, reaching, and winning the gyms, programs, and organizers who run fundraisers, and by helping them succeed so they come back.
This role owns the day-to-day execution of the cheer and dance plan, working closely with the Head of Partnerships. You will build lists and run outreach to gyms, leagues, schools, and programs, show up at competitions and conferences, follow up on every lead, and support some of the largest organizers in the segment. You will take on expert fundraising support and organizer follow-up so the Head of Partnerships can focus on the partnerships that move the whole market.
You will become the person who understands the cheer and dance community best, including who the decision makers are, when they make decisions, and what helps them raise more.
We’re on a mission to create more joy in people’s lives, and that includes our internal employees. We create a place people love to be a part of, where people can discover and practice their unique skill sets, a place where they can contribute and do their best work. We do this by offering our employees a competitive compensation & benefits plan.
Base Pay range for this position:
$55,000 - $75,000 annually
Target Annual Bonus: 10% of base salary
The final discretionary compensation that will be offered for this role depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
