Job Summary
The Quality Manager - Service Support will lead and manage a team performing Quality assessments and analysis.
- Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages a team who evaluates work to ensure it meets company and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk
- Maintain quality metrics, performance benchmarks, and review criteria that guide the quality assessment process. Ensure consistency and accuracy across all assessments
- Provide ongoing training for quality assessment staff to ensure they are up to date with industry regulations, company standards, and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate the quality assessment process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas of concern. Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, findings, and improvement opportunities to the business
- Collaborate with cross department leadership to drive improvement and understand the task their teams perform help mitigate risk
- Manage employee performance and career progression
- Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Insurance, Project Management or related field
- 5+ years’ experience utilizing Qualitative methodologies
- 3+ years in Management
- Require d S kills and A bilities
- 2+ years of experience in management
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills
Direct experience with quality assessments or oversight.
