Te Tūranga - About the role
Due to internal movement, we're looking for an exceptional Team Coordinator to become the backbone of our Retail team.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CRO (Chief Retail Officer), you'll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across the business unit of Retail and to the EA, ensuring priorities stay on track and stakeholders feel supported.
You'll also act as a key delegate and trusted representative when the EA is away, helping to ensure business continuity and providing confidence that day-to-day activities remain on track.
This is a role for a genuine administration professional. Someone who takes pride in being highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, reliable and with excellent communication skills. You love administration, thrive on coordination, and genuinely enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
While you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, this role will particularly suit someone who enjoys working autonomously. You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, identify priorities, anticipate needs and take action without waiting for direction. You'll be someone who naturally takes ownership, keeps things moving and proactively looks for ways to support the team and improve how things are done.
Proven experience in a Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administration role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
Confidence working with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
A positive, approachable and can-do attitude that contributes positively to our team culture
Reliability, professionalism and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
