Job Summary:

The Sales Manager has the primary responsibility to lead a team by providing guidance, training/mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing current benchmarks and data, and building their team. A sales manager is knowledgeable of the company’s products and promotions and works closely with the customer and sales staff to ensure a smooth sales process.

Basic Functions of this position are:

• Ensuring sales teams are meeting planned sales goals/quotas
• Coordinating all disciplinary action and performance improvement plans with sales reps
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary
• Overseeing activities and performance of sales team
• Conducting ride-along with sales team members
• Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
• Promoting the company’s products and services
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts

Qualifications:

• Commitment to high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations
• Demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• A valid driver’s license and proven safe driving record
• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Travel: This position is based on traveling between multiple locations, daily.
• Dress Code: Business Casual attire required.
• Dress requirements can be defined as business casual
• Dress pants slacks or khakis
• Plain colored collared shirts free of stripes or patterns
• No jeans with holes. No T-shirts
• You will be asked to return home without pay to change if appearance is not acceptable
• Basic hygiene maintenance required
• Job Classification: Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with Renuity, LLC salary and benefits policy. Commission and Bonus structure outlined in Sales Policy and Procedures.
• Travel: Travel is required as needed
