THE ROLE

The Steward supports food and beverage operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across kitchens, concessions, and service areas.

Essential Responsibilities

Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain sanitation standards throughout work areas.

Remove trash and recycling.

Assist with event setup and breakdown.

Organize storage areas and inventory supplies.

Follow health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior stewarding or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.

• This is a part-time, event-based role based at Pechanga Arena San Diego.
