• The ideal candidate will possess a strong motion control background, experience working with industrial OEMs and
• End User customers
• , and experience selling fluid conveyance technologies such as hoses, tube fittings, quick couplings, and instrumentation

. He/she should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills who is comfortable working in the field, solving customer challenges and developing solutions with support from manufacturers and application specialists.

This position is for the New England region

, covering

Worcester County and surrounding areas

, with an established customer base and significant growth opportunity.

Essential Functions: •

Own and grow your territory by managing existing accounts and developing new OEM and end-user relationships.

Plan and execute weekly sales calls using CRM to prioritize opportunities and drive results.

Sell solutions, not just components by designing and proposing fluid connector solutions including hoses, tube fittings, quick couplings, and instrumentation.

Be the technical expert by applying your motion control knowledge to identify, specify, and close opportunities.

Collaborate internally with inside sales, application engineers, quality, marketing, and management to deliver best-in-class customer support.

Run product demonstrations and Lunch & Learns at customer sites with factory representatives and THG resources.

Stay sharp by attending product training, factory schools, sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Work with vendor partners through joint sales calls, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Create cross-selling opportunities by promoting other Hope Group divisions, products, and services.

Resolve issues proactively by investigating concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience, Education and Skills: • HS Diploma or GED
• Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering
• , or other technical degree preferred

• + years of industrial/technical outside sales experience
• • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• , including hoses, tube fittings, quick couplings, and instrumentation

• Proven ability to identify, specify, and apply products that meet customer requirements and technical specifications
• Demonstrated success developing new business and converting competitive accounts
• Strong desire to expand product and industry knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems

• Self-motivated, results-driven team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail

• • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed
