The (USA) Director, Operations leads the execution of complex projects and programs by managing timelines, budgets, and performance standards to ensure successful implementations. About the team:

The Risk & Payments team is tasked with minimizing fraud & abuse within the Walmart+ membership program as well as optimizing payment processes to minimize involuntary churn due to payment failure.  This team leads cross-functional projects to boost business efficiency through data analysis, project management, and operational innovation. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, the team develops and implements solutions aligned with business objectives. Members are dedicated to effective project execution, risk management, and continuous process improvement. The team promotes a results-driven environment emphasizing operational excellence and strategic growth, supporting Walmart’s dynamic and evolving business landscape.

What you'll do:

• Oversee execution of complex projects and programs, managing timelines, budgets, and performance standards to ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze data and business trends to develop actionable recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve processes that enhance operational efficiency and cost management.
• Lead development and deployment of innovative business solutions, including site selection and activation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating operational outcomes and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to support strategic goals and operational excellence.
• Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to sustain workforce capability.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
