Your job is to take that track record into the Ann Arbor market and turn it into relationships that are yours.

• Insurance agents and adjusters, who work with many property owners

What a Week Actually Looks Like

This is outside sales, and the results come from your activity. A typical week includes:

• Walking into property management offices, insurance agencies, and contractor shops to introduce yourself and the company
• Prospecting new referral partners by phone, cold outreach, and in person
• Holding consultative discovery meetings to learn how a partner handles losses today
• Explaining our emergency response, mitigation, and restoration capabilities in plain terms
• Attending association meetings, networking functions, and some after-hours industry events
• Following up consistently and keeping your pipeline current in CRM
• Working with operations and leadership so the relationships you've built are well served when a project comes in You'll have a proven system for building referral pipelines, plus leadership that understands sales. You'll still be the one creating the opportunities.

Requirements

• You'll Do Well Here If You…
• Have 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Like opening doors and earning a second meeting
• Care more about relationships that last years than a quick close
• Can manage your own calendar and still hold yourself accountable to numbers
• Take coaching well without needing someone to direct every step
• Can tell which prospects are worth the most time
• Present clearly and comfortably to business owners and managers
• Preferred: Experience selling services to commercial clients.
• A plus, not required: Background in restoration, insurance, property management, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, or senior living.

• Ability to pass a background screening
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and events throughout the territory
• Comfort using CRM, phone, tablet, and web-based tools to manage pipeline, scheduling, and follow-up
