Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult's
Social Worker to join its client’s Community team, based in Calderdale.
What will your responsibilities be?
Completing strength-based Care Act Assessments and Reviews
Conduct safeguarding enquiries.
Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and best interest decisions.
Attend MDT meetings and work alongside other professionals within the community.
Attend ICB reviews and complete CHC checklists/DST.
Undertake S117 reviews.
COP/Legal works.
Support on the office cover rota with screening tasks.
any other tasks asked by managers

Qualifications and Experience:
- To be successful in this role you must have; Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
