As a Manager- Transaction Advisory Services, you will manage engagements ensuring client satisfaction, lead quality of earnings (QoE) preparation, assess market trends impacting cash flow & financial analytics, & play an integral part in client meetings to gather required information for deal valuations.  This role will lead & develop associates, provide recommendations for process improvements, & work closely with

practice leadership for overall practice improvements & growth.

• Responsibilities:: Successfully manage engagements with little supervision, ensuring high client satisfaction and appropriate firm economics
• Lead the initial QoE Data Book preparation by leveraging the available international and domestic coworkers
• Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis
• Assess market trends that may impact project cash flow requirements and deal valuations
• Develop, mentor and inspire staff
• Interest in developing client relationships
• Ability to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries
• Thrive in a dynamic fast paced work environment
• Provide ideas and feedback based on your experience to improve the practice and our deliverables
• Work directly with Managing Director and Partner

Requirements:: A Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting and/or Finance

• A CPA or CVA
• 4-5 years of public accounting or consulting experience from a national professional services firm
• Transaction advisory or related accounting experience
• Experience with direct client management
• A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• The capability of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment either independently or within a team dynamic while effectively managing unexpected issues and/or questions in a professional manner
