Global Content Strategy Lead, YouTube Business

About the job

The Content Strategy team creates the materials that help YouTube creators and partners grow. That includes Channel Plans, best-practice playbooks and monetization education. Frontline teams such as Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and Partner Activation Managers (PAMs) use these materials, and they're increasingly delivered at scale through AI. You'll lead a global team of Content Strategists in YouTube's Scaled Comms & Escalations (SCE) organization.

Your job is to bring partner-facing and user-facing content together, and to move the team to an AI-first, kernel-based way of producing content.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world.

We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
