Role Overview We are seeking a licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to provide podiatric care to residents in assisted living communities across Northern California. This role involves mobile in-facility visits with clustered routes to minimize travel time. Minimum availability of 1 day per week is required (Monday through Friday). This position is available as W-2 or 1099 — we are happy to accommodate what works best for you.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage podiatric conditions for residents in assisted living communities
- Provide routine foot and ankle assessments, diabetic foot care, wound management, nail care, callus treatment, and orthotics
- Collaborate with our care team including primary care providers and facility staff
- Participate in care coordination and case reviews
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Active California DPM license in good standing
- Active DEA registration
- Experience in geriatric or facility-based settings preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- BLS certification
- Ability to sanitize and maintain own equipment preferred
- Compensation Estimated annual compensation: $150,000 – $200,000/year, based on patient volume and performance.
