Marketing Programs Associate

WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a Marketing Programs Associate to join its in-house digital marketing team and support the firm's brand-building initiatives, lead generation programs, and digital marketing operations.

The Marketing Programs Associate will play a key role in the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, email marketing, SEO, website content, and marketing automation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with a strong interest in marketing technology and data-driven campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, and website channels
• Assist with the management of marketing automation and CRM platforms, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, lead routing, and reporting
• Assist in tracking, testing, and maintaining marketing technology integrations and digital marketing tools
• Monitor campaign performance and develop recurring reports that evaluate effectiveness against established KPIs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to execute marketing initiatives
• Maintain marketing databases, campaign documentation, and project workflows
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, efficiency, and campaign performance

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business information systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related role
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation technologies
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and website content optimization
• Experience supporting paid media campaigns across major advertising platforms
• A background in investments, wealth management, financial services, or professional services marketing is a plus
• Desired Qualifications/Skills: Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar technologies
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of lead management processes and digital marketing attribution models
• Knowledge of SEO tools and technologies and familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
• Experience managing email lists, audience segmentation, and campaign testing
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Maintains exceptional attention to detail and accountability
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies and marketing disciplines
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
