You will help support safe, efficient facility operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop maintenance associates through coaching, delegation, and feedback.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, SOPs, and One Best Way.
• Partner across teams to resolve issues and improve facility performance.
• Use data and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain custodial standards, compliance, and equipment readiness.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers to support timely, quality work.
• Improve maintenance processes through technology and operational excellence.
• Promote safety, accountability, associate development, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience leading maintenance, facilities, or operations teams.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience using data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

2 years' experience in a Walmart maintenance technician position OR 1 year's experience in industrial maintenance (for example, welding, refrigeration, electrical, electronics), including six months leading a work or project team.

2 years’ experience performing Industrial Warehouse or manufacturing maintenance activities (for example, preventative maintenance, material handling equipment, power equipment, facilities upkeep).
