About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Art Director who is passionate about visual storytelling and brand communication in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. This role is for an experienced designer who values developing strategic creative solutions, driving innovative executions, and mentoring junior designers. You will report to the Associate Creative Director, Art.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creative development of your assigned brands, ensuring work is strategic, innovative, and visually impactful.
• Master the design hallmarks and branding guidelines of your accounts, applying them across all creative deliverables.
• Conceptualize and build multi-platform creative work
• , including digital, print, video, and social campaigns for both HCP and patient audiences.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, and Strategy teams
• , ensuring that messaging and visuals work together seamlessly.
• Present and defend creative concepts to our teams and clients, expressing the strategic and aesthetic rationale behind your work.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Art Directors
• , encouraging their growth and ensuring high-quality output across the team.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
