The opportunity

Join Omnea as an enterprise Account Executive, with a clear path to running a segment of the business. Everyone at Omnea starts as an IC: you'll learn the product, learn how our customers buy, and close complex enterprise deals. From there, the ambition is for you to own a vertical or segment, build the team around it and run it like the CEO of your own part of Omnea.

• Our US team grew from 3 people to around 30 in 12 months
• More than 3x ARR growth in the last 12 months, with 40% in Q3 alone
• 65% of our new business ARR now comes from North America
• 86% RFP win rate against our largest competitor

First: close

• Run multi-stakeholder enterprise new business cycles end to end, selling to CFOs, CPOs, General Counsel and CIOs
• Pipeline is generated by our Commercial Associates, so your focus is deal strategy, execution and close
• Navigate procurement, legal and security reviews. Selling a procurement product means you'll learn exactly how enterprises buy
• Become the person in the room who knows Omnea best

Then: build

• Take ownership of a vertical or segment: the strategy, the target accounts and the number
• Hire, coach and lead the team that sells into it
• Shape how Omnea goes to market, working alongside our CCO and US GM

There's no fixed timeline on this path. It's earned, and it scales with you and the business.

What you bring

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, closing complex enterprise new business and consistently beating quota
• Experience selling to Finance, Procurement, Legal or IT buyers
• Rigor on long, multi-threaded cycles and accurate forecasting
• The ambition to run something, and the humility to start by learning the game as an IC
• Bonus: you've mentored reps, led a segment or owned a vertical before
