Job Introduction:
The Senior Manager, FP&A leads financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple business units or corporate functions. Provides executive-level financial insights and partners with leadership to support strategic decision-making. Manages a team of analysts and drives improvements in planning tools, processes, and reporting.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversees annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning cycles for assigned functions or business lines.
Provides financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership, including scenario modeling and strategic insights.
Develops and maintains financial dashboards and performance metrics aligned with company goals.
Leads cross-functional financial reviews and drives alignment between financial results and business strategy.
Ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for leadership and board reporting.
Implements planning tools and process enhancements to scale FP&A capabilities and improve forecast accuracy.
Manages and mentors a team of finance analysts and managers, supporting career development and performance excellence.
Basic
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic business analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing financial planning cycles and delivering actionable business insights
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and planning/reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
