Child and Adolescent Therapist - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Associates Welcome

Therapy Center Houston is a therapist-owned group practice dedicated to helping children, teens, and their families thrive through high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. We believe clinicians do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and fulfilled, so we handle marketing, billing, scheduling, and intake. You focus on your clients.

Why child and teen therapists choose us

• A full caseload of young clients: steady referrals of children, teens, and families who are invested in therapy.
• Competitive pay: $50–$110/hour depending on licensure and experience. Full-time clinicians earn $110K+.
• Free clinical supervision for associates (LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT-A).
• A dedicated playroom for play-based work with younger clients.
• Growth and training: annual training funds, CEU reimbursement, support toward Registered Play Therapist (RPT) certification, in-house IFS training, and regular case consultation.
• Minimal admin: our support team handles intake, billing, and scheduling. You just book your clients' weekly sessions.
