JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Head of B2C Strategy & Projects, your main missions will be to develop impactful B2B2C campaigns and lead transversal projects delivering value across our B2C platforms

You will be responsible for multiple projects or business scopes across all countries of the Group

🎯 TASKS: B2C strategy:

You own (analyze, develop the strategy & follow-up) key offer mix & daily attractivity topics across B2Cs

Offer mix topics & Daily attractivity topics :

• Ensure we have the right offer mix on our homepages (pre-openings, 7pm vs 7AM openings, Brandsplace/The Place mgmt, Clearance mgmt, how to highlight new brands on Veepee)
• Ensure visitors see & find most relevant banners for them (personalization, HP merchandising strategy, tab merchandising strategy)
• Ensure visibility & traffic allocation of Veepee products
• Ensure creative and performing marketing support
• B2C Activation & Animation  Plan
• Define and implement a B2C project activation plan to meet group marketing objectives, enhance Veepee’s brand positioning, and engage the member base
• Collaborate with the team to deploy member engagement initiatives via internal and external communication tools, while analyzing and leveraging past performance
• Conduct competitive market watch and benchmarking
• Work closely with the agency on copywriting for email campaigns and configure activations using internal and external communication tools

Have both a Group and local mindset in order to propose a consistent experience on all platforms whilst also taking into account local specificities or requirements (e.g. could be developing local only campaigns where required)

• Analysis and reporting of project's performance to measure their effectiveness
• Record budgetary expenses related to events while ensuring their ROI
• Veepee Products & Business

Analyze the performance of Veepee products/business across European platforms and propose strategic and operational action plans to boost performance and identify growth levers (visibility, communication, etc.)

• Launch and support new and existing Veepee businesses and products across our European platforms
• Coordinate the preparation and launch of Veepee business events and products using a B2B2C approach, adapting them by platform as needed
• Provide operational support for these events and products with a concrete action plan and timeline
• Track all relevant KPIs per project to optimize campaign and activity performance
• Work closely with the B2C Marketing Analysts to define strategies for Veepee events/products based on performance analysis
• Digital Member Experience
• You collaborate with multiple teams (Growth, Data science, UX, the Agency, CRM, etc) to improve homepage & tab performances and enhance member experience
• Express improvement needs for tools, processes, and features on the homepage/tabs (A/B testing, benchmarking, new modules)

Work on the member journey : what are objectives & strategies per entry point, how to navigate on veepee, how to improve member experience on Veepee, B2B2C inputs on the Welcome process

• Share business objectives and inputs with UX and data teams to improve algorithm personalization and member experience
• Help guarantee operational excellence in the member experience and contribute to developing corrective actions or new ideas to improve related performance
• Analyze project performance and propose action plans to optimize KPIs

Data expertise:

You use data to develop and improve our B2C strategy

Collaborate with B2C marketing analysts, marketing data & insights, marketing excellence, Data teams to improve relevant marketing reports and dashboards & improve our processes ?

Be data-driven on all our strategies (scoring matrix, ROIst strategy, etc)

Collaboration with other teams:

• You collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders on your topics across teams & B2C countries
• Collaborate closely with the CRM team to align CRM and B2C objectives and execution in the “B2C campaigns”
• Collaborate closely with the agency to develop out of the box concept & events
• Collaborate with other teams to execute, communicate (internally & externally) and analyze your campaigns & projects (Design, Social Media, PR, Data & Insights, etc.)
• Act as a spokesperson for the Marketing Projects scope to internal & external stakeholders

• Marketing knowledge (consumer behavior, digital marketing, copyrighting, etc. )

• Proficiency in computer tools, mainly Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite
• Master in Veepee tools (Boom, Mixpanel, Microstrategy, Neolane, etc.)
• Professional fluency in English (spoken & written)
