Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Director of Retail Search to manage multiple client portfolios across our growing Retail Media practice. Key tasks will include team leadership, establishing and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external clients, developing and launching Retail Search campaigns across key retail media networks (Amazon Ads, Roundel Media Studio, Criteo) and search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads), and championing a test/learn innovation culture.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

40% - Oversee and execute the creation, implementation, activation, optimization, analysis, and reporting of Search campaigns, with 80% focus on Retail Media Networks (Amazon Search, Target Search, Criteo, etc) and 20% focus on traditional search (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).

35% - Lead Client relationship(s) on behalf of the Search team, answering questions, leading status calls, presenting media plans, and identifying opportunities for test and learns.

17% - Manage and coordinate client deliverables with the team to ensure timely completion, data integrity, and quality assurance across retail and traditional search platforms.

5% - Develop overarching Search strategy, budget allocations, and testing methodology/roadmaps for client(s).

3% - Manage daily relationships with key retail media partners (Amazon Ads, Target/Roundel, Criteo, Google) and ad tech software partners (Pacvue).

Knowledge and Skills Required:

6+ years’ experience directly related to Search with a core focus (~80%) on retail media activation across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), Roundel Media Studio, and Criteo, alongside traditional Search (~20%) on Google Ads/Microsoft Ads.

Proven track record of driving performance against e-commerce KPIs, including maximizing total sales, optimizing Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACoS), and delivering target Media ROAS.

Hands-on experience with Pacvue or similar retail media bid management platforms is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree.

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex media and commerce metrics clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced MS Excel fluency required (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs).

Salary Range : $2,788.46 to $3,173.08 a week. A successful applicant’s actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
