Field Enablement Manager

Who we are

Our mission at Quandri is to transform insurance into a trusted and delightful experience using AI. We're doing this by delivering an AI operating system for North America's leading insurance agencies and brokerages.

What we do

• Quandri is transforming the insurance experience for policyholders across North America by providing AI to the industry's critical stakeholders, insurance agencies and brokerages. Insurance agents are the lifeblood of the insurance industry, and are where most Property & Casualty insurance is sold and serviced. Yet there are forces making it harder than ever for them to operate: more consolidation, a rising talent crisis, and the increasing complexity of insurance and the AI revolution.
• This challenge is a massive opportunity to rethink how insurance agencies operate. Quandri is at the cutting edge of this change, delivering transformation to the entire insurance experience one process at a time through a deep understanding of insurance workflows, systems, and data, paired with deep technical capabilities and proprietary models.
• We're making insurance better for policyholders, while helping brokerages deliver better client service, grow faster, and harness AI so they control the future of insurance distribution.
• Why join us?
• We're moving fast and focused on customer impact. You'll enjoy and be successful at Quandri if you:
• Have a deep customer focused mindset
• Can operate in a fast paced environment where change is constant
• Take high levels of ownership in everything you do
• Have AI first thinking and want to apply AI to solve real problems
• Operate with urgency and aren't afraid to move fast and make some mistakes along the way
• Are low ego and care more about the outcome than getting credit
• Want to have a big impact, not just make changes at the edges
• Our head office is in Vancouver, BC, with most of our team working here and the rest distributed across North America.

About the role

Field Enablement is about the skills that make AEs, BDRs, IMs, CSMs, and Support good at their jobs. Without a defined skill standard, ramp time and performance can vary from rep to rep, and that gap only grows as the team scales. The curriculum doesn't exist yet, so you'll get the opportunity to build it from scratch. You’ll work alongside leaders to define what good looks like for each role, and run training programs that get people there.

This role covers both sales and CX for now, along with supporting marketing on campaign readiness across the customer lifecycle. As the team grows, the role will eventually specialize in either sales or CX. You'll partner closely with Product Enablement on release specific training, but the core of this job is behavioral and skills-based.

What you'll do

• Build role specific onboarding and ongoing training curriculum for AE, BDR, IM, CSM, and Support from the ground up, working with each team's manager to define what good looks like
• Run coaching and call review programs that measure skill through job performance, not completion and quiz scores
• Support marketing on campaign readiness, making sure sales and post-sales departments know their respective roles in promoting our digital and in-person events
• Partner with Product Enablement on release specific training, while owning the role-specific skills that pair alongside the product knowledge
• Track performance data from calls and quota attainment to identify skill gaps, and build scalable training that solves for them
• The right person for this role will have
• Experience building skills based onboarding or ongoing training programs for sales or customer facing teams, ideally from scratch
• Comfort running a variety of skills-based programs across roles in sales and CX, whose departmental needs differ significantly
• The ability to work with managers to translate what good looks like into training programs that are actually adopted
• Experience with call review or coaching tools like Sybill, Nooks, Gong, or similar
• Project management experience in running skills certification and coaching cycles independently, from planning through execution
• Bonus points if you have
• Insurance or insurtech background
• Previous sales or post-sales experience
• Familiarity with Sybill or Nooks specifically
• Our guiding principles
• Customers at the core. We put the customer at the centre of all we do. We believe success comes from listening to customers and building what they need, not just what they say.
• Move with urgency. Businesses slow down as they grow. We fight that by defaulting to speed, in everything from sending an email to shipping code.
• Be curious. We aren't satisfied with surface level understanding. We ask why until we actually know.
• Excellence in execution. What separates good from great is execution. We commit to it in everything, from the product we ship to the emails we write.
• Act like an owner. We follow through on commitments, own our results, and think long term.
• Fight for simplicity. Systems get more complex over time by default. We intentionally fight for the simple, streamlined version.
