The Walmart Connect team collaborates with non-endemic advertisers to design and implement strategic retail media solutions that deliver measurable business results. This team works cross-functionally to align priorities, overcome challenges, and provide integrated advertising strategies. Members act as trusted advisors, using data and insights to guide client decisions and internal initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Lead strategic sales planning and forecasting to drive advertising revenue growth and align with Walmart Connect’s business objectives.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for complex, high-impact agreements to maximize long-term stakeholder value.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to support business initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
• Utilize data analytics and business insights to inform decision-making and optimize advertising sales strategies.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices in sales qualification, proposal development, and client onboarding processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative processes and promoting adoption of new technologies.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00

Chicago, Illinois US-10276: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
