About Patrianna

Patrianna is a fast-scaling product development company headquartered in Gibraltar, with a dynamic, global team powering our growth. We operate at the intersection of technology and entertainment, building innovative solutions that shape the future of social gaming and deliver outstanding experiences to millions of players worldwide.

We're driven by speed, ambition, and bold ideas. At our core, we're product creators and problem-solvers who thrive in a high-performance environment. We're looking for exceptional talent—smart, adaptable, and motivated individuals eager to make an impact, scale business functions at pace, and continuously improve.

The Role

This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for transporting senior team members, executives and visitors across Gibraltar and the surrounding areas, from meetings and appointments to airport transfers and cross-border journeys into Spain.

You’ll be someone who takes pride in being professional, discreet, punctual and dependable, and who understands that the experience matters just as much as getting from A to B.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving senior team members and executives to meetings, offices, appointments and other destinations, ensuring they arrive safely and on time.
• Managing airport transfers, including tracking flights and adapting to delays or changes in arrival times.
• Planning efficient routes around traffic, border queues and changing schedules, using good local knowledge and initiative.
• Keeping the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring it is clean, fuelled, serviced and always road-legal.
• Providing a professional and welcoming experience for executives, clients and visitors — you’ll often be one of the first people they meet.
• Communicating clearly with the team, including via Slack, and flagging any delays, issues or changes as early as possible.
• Handling last-minute changes calmly and professionally, using common sense to find the best solution.

What we’re looking for

• A full, clean driving licence and a strong track record of safe, confident driving.
• Fluency in English and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a professional driving, private, executive or chauffeur capacity would be highly beneficial.
• Additional professional driving qualifications or certifications would be a bonus.
• Exceptional reliability and punctuality - if you say you’ll be there at a certain time, you’re there.
• Strong knowledge of Gibraltar and the surrounding areas of southern Spain, including key routes and border crossings - or the ability and willingness to learn them quickly.
• A professional, discreet and approachable manner, particularly when dealing with senior executives and visitors.
• Good judgement and a calm head under pressure, especially when plans change at short notice.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently without needing constant direction.
• Equal Opportunities
• We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas—nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive.
