The Manager, Account Strategy leads the development and execution of omnichannel advertising campaigns, translating client marketing objectives into effective media strategies using Walmart Connect’s solutions. This role involves monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery, and providing strategic insights to clients and senior leadership. The position requires collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success, while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

The manager also mentors team members, supports talent development, and upholds Walmart’s values by fostering a high-performing, ethical, and customer-focused environment.

About the team:

The Account Strategy team leads complex advertising partnerships with major CPG clients, delivering strategic media solutions that drive business growth. This team balances strategic leadership with operational excellence to develop and execute omnichannel campaigns, leveraging data analysis and customer insights. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and analytics teams, they ensure campaign success and optimize performance.

The team fosters strong client relationships and supports continuous improvement through innovation and coaching. Members are empowered to influence partnership strategies and contribute to Walmart Connect’s mission of delivering impactful advertising solutions.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing goals using Walmart Connect’s solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery against key performance indicators through data analysis and media metrics.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and client onboarding across advertising platforms and internal systems.
• Build joint business plans with clients leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights to drive growth.
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
• Mentor team members, promote continuous learning, and support process improvements.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in developing and executing omnichannel advertising campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong proficiency in media strategy, campaign management, and digital marketing analytics.
• Ability to translate client marketing goals into actionable media strategies using data-driven insights.
• Expertise in monitoring campaign performance and optimizing based on key metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR.
• Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering strategic recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
