- Research story ideas and regularly pitch creative, original content to the Executive Producer.
- Attend editorial meetings, contribute story ideas, and content strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with sources, community partners, and potential guests.
- Post content to social media platforms, including videos, photos, stories, and promotional content as assigned.
- Use social media, digital tools, and audience trends to research, discover, and distribute content.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for timely and relevant lifestyle coverage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- 1-3 years of television news, lifestyle, or content production experience preferred. This is not an entry-level position.

- Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting live interviews.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling scripts and digital content.
- Proven ability to generate creative story ideas and develop content independently.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital audience engagement.
- Experience creating and posting content across multiple social media platforms.
