The Lift Operator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time. Responsibilities include picking and packing fixtures, fulfilling orders, conducting cycle counts, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, replenishment, put-away, processing returns, and supporting inventory plans set by leadership. This role requires training and operation of PIT equipment, including order pickers, cherry pickers, and forklifts.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Picking, Packing, Order Fulfillment, Counting, Cycle Counts, Advertised Title Walks, QA, Transfers, Fair Production, Auditing, and Training.

Mobility and Standing:

This position requires the ability to remain standing and moving throughout the entirety of the shift. Candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods of time to successfully perform job duties.

Lifting Requirements:

The role involves occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees may be required to safely lift, carry, and maneuver items within this weight range as part of their regular duties.

Flexibility and Dexterity:

Regular activities include bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. These movements are integral to performing tasks associated with the role, such as handling materials, operating machinery, or completing manual tasks.
