You will follow established guidelines to verify, review, and research orders by working with issuing banks, customers, and other payment providers to identify and prevent potential fraud. This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.

Schedule: Your choice of the below- Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Monday-Friday 10am-6pm Monday-Friday 11am-7pm Training start date: Monday, October 26 You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8am-12:30pm or 4pm-8:30pm. guidelines Assist law enforcement and financial institutions in their investigation of fraudulent transactions Assist with customer service phone call volume as needed Qualifications Computer proficiency, including the ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to use sound decision-making in elevated situations and when dealing with problems to protect the assets of the company High school diploma or GED and/or previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required #LI-AE1 Benefits
