• Serve as a flexible resource for pop-up markets or expansion zones
• Jobsite Oversight & Documentation
• Conduct pre-install walkthroughs, install-day monitoring, and post-install inspections
• Capture and upload photos into the CRM system and complete install checklists
• Coordinate subcontractor and material adjustments in the field when needed
• Issue Resolution & Escalation
• Address onsite customer concerns and coordinate with Production Manager for rapid resolution
• Intervene in subcontractor quality, pacing, or communication issues as they arise

• Provide on-the-job coaching to subcontractors in partnership with the Quality Manager
• Reinforce SmartRoof installation standards and field documentation practices
• Support pilot programs or new product installs as needed
• Customer Communication
• Serve as a trusted SmartRoof representative for customer questions during install
• Explain project timelines, address minor scope questions, and gather real-time feedback

• Production leadership has field-level support for special projects and risk mitigation
• Experience & Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
