This position will own Transcreation and Voiceover workstreams for a complex, multi-brand client, requiring high levels of organization, self-driven initiative, the ability to run multiple projects across brands simultaneously, proactive quality ownership, creative and critical thinking and confident communication.

You possess client-facing management experience and in-depth knowledge of project lifecycle from brief to delivery (including but not limited to quoting, briefing vendors, assigning tasks, performing quality checks/delivering/actioning feedback and amends requests/issuing POs, reporting project information and financials), with additional understanding of cross-functional collaboration and production elements that take part in the adaptation process.

You will be ensuring seamless delivery of locally relevant, on-brand copy in multiple languages, for brands with vastly different preferences and requirements, while also helping us build team-wide solutions.

You are familiar and experienced with language industry best-practices regarding translation management systems, translation memories, terminology management, vendor management and have a particular interest in AI and automation.

Ultimately, the role requires strong client and project management skills, creativity, initiative, confident ownership, and commitment to deliver quality at scale in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Owning account health and day-to-day work for transcreation and VO projects, coordinating and managing delivery of multiple projects for different markets
• Receiving and actioning briefs, defining costs, timings, and allocating tasks accordingly
• Accountable for project budget, status, and reporting on these as required
• Accountable for relationship management with central and local clients, developing and maintaining a positive, trust- and collaboration-based relationship
• Proactively supporting and participating in our L&C roadmap for future-looking solutions
• Admin-related tasks such as updating trackers / managing POs and invoices from linguists
• ESSENTIAL
• +5 years of experience in client-facing Translation//VO Management
• Hands-on knowledge of language services workflows and best practice
• Experience with localisation of marketing campaigns for multiple countries, media and channels
• Sharp, precise communication skills
• Well organised, ability to multitask, attention to detail
• DESIRED
• Up to date / interest on recent AI developments in the fields of translation / VO
• TMS tools / Project management software
• Knowledge of additional languages
• Working awareness of digital production processes
