Occupational Therapist – Reablement

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client's Reablement Team based in the Derbyshire Dales. This is a full-time agency role offering £26.63 per hour and supporting individuals within the community to regain independence and achieve positive outcomes.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

Complete community-based OT assessments.

Provide reablement interventions and support.

Assess needs and identify appropriate solutions.

Support service users to maximise independence.

Work with colleagues and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have: Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience in community, reablement or social care is desirable.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
