The Role

As the Head of B2B Partnerships, you will be responsible for establishing foundational motion to monetize DubClub’s premier digital assets. You are a natural dealmaker with deep, existing relationships across sportsbook operators, daily fantasy sports (DFS) platforms, prediction markets, and gaming brands.

You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from packaging raw impressions and high-converting placement opportunities into multi-channel campaigns to closing high-dollar, multi-turn partnership deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Lead B2B partnership strategy and hit quarterly and annual revenue targets by selling integrated media packages across DubClub’s app, email newsletter ecosystem, and social properties.
• Target Account Prospecting: Build, manage, and scale a high-value sales pipeline targeting key decision-makers at sportsbooks, prediction markets, and fantasy platforms.
• Productize & Package Inventory: Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to build compelling inventory packages.
• Deal Structuring & Execution: Negotiate terms, draft agreements, and lead deal structuring and execution.
• Account Strategy & Campaign Performance: Oversee campaign delivery, partner with account management to report ROI metrics back to clients, and ensure high renewal and expansion rates.
• Industry Presence: Serve as the face of DubClub at major B2B industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in B2B brand partnerships, media sales, or ad sales within the sports betting, iGaming, or sports media ecosystem.
• Established Network: Direct contacts with budget holders at major sportsbook operators, prediction markets (e.g., Polymarket, Kalshi), and DFS platforms (e.g., Underdog, PrizePicks).
• Multi-Format Sales Expertise: Experience packaging and selling digital ad formats across mobile apps, email, and social media properties.
• Fluent in Gaming Economics: Deep understanding of sports betting unit economics combined with digital ad sales frameworks.
• Strategic & Entrepreneurial: Ability to build a sales strategy from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
