Responsibilities
- Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
- Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
- Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) strongly preferred
- OR
- CHT-eligible
- (minimum
- 4,000 hours of hand therapy experience and
- 3 years of practice
- ), awaiting board examination, OR
- Level II fieldwork in hand therapy
- , with relevant continuing education
- , and
- 1–2 years of outpatient hand therapy experience as a licensed OT, OR
- New grads with Level II fieldwork in hand therapy with a a strong clinical interest in upper extremity rehabilitation and a commitment to pursuing advanced training and certification in hand therapy
- Experience in orthopedic hand therapy treating both adult and pediatric patients is required.

Compensation
Compensation:
$86K - $108K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
